Developed by BD Hotels in collaboration with hospitality visionary Sean MacPherson, The Nora Hotel will offer a refined balance of style, comfort, and neighborhood immersion, reflecting the district’s creative energy and design-forward spirit. Notable, the hotel’s food & beverage program will be managed by legendary restaurateurs STARR Restaurants, and Pastis Bistro will serve as the hotel’s restaurant on the ground floor.

A 12-story, 350 units luxury rental building will break ground in early 2026.7 of the planned housing units will be 3-story townhomes with private garages. 10 units will be lofts.
