A rooftop bar is set to debut in 2026 at the Nora Hotel, currently under construction, offering elevated dining and entertainment options. The hotel will also feature Pastis, a ground-floor restaurant, with both venues operated by the renowned STARR Restaurants hospitality group. These additions will enhance the vibrant atmosphere of the developing district near downtown West Palm Beach.
