West Palm Beach’s transformative Nora District is launching its first ground-up residential buildings with 122 luxury condos and 350 apartments across two 11-story towers. The milestone marks a shift from adaptive reuse to vertical development in the 40-acre mixed-use project. With Phase I retail opening this fall and a boutique hotel due 2026, Nora is creating South Florida’s newest live-work-play neighborhood in downtown West Palm Beach.
