The developers of the Nora District, an emerging area of West Palm Beach, formed a partnership with a hotel developer.
New York-based BD Hotels, founded by Richard Born and Ira Drukier, along with Sean MacPherson, are working on plans for a five-story hotel with about 175 rooms at 1021 N. Railroad Ave. It will partner with the developer of the Nora District: Place Projects, led by Joseph Furst, NDT Development, led by Ned Grace and Damien Barr, and Wheelock Street Capital.
